Located within the Prairie View Lakes subdivision in La Salle, Manitoba, is a bare land condo project called Prairie Place. The project will consist of two-storey detached homes on 40 and 42 ft wide lots, with shared 20 ft wide driveways, and detached rear property garages measuring 20 x 22 ft. The Condominium will deliver ownership of a 40 or 42 ft wide by 108 ft deep lot, plus a single family completely detached two story home with large private yards and a huge driveway. A total of 82 individually titled lots will be available for purchase.

Prairie Place consists of eight home models, each with two elevations to choose from, ranging in size from The Robin (748), Gaudry (864) Parker (1048), Beaudry (1168), Tache (1238), Cormier (1311), Lagace (1424), and Manness (1552) sq ft.  Floor plans are very open concept, with 9 ft high painted ceilings on the main floor, 4” modern baseboards and 3” casings throughout, standard energy efficient low E argon filled windows, oversized porches on the front of the home, and beautiful custom lighting and plumbing fixtures.

There are two different elevations for each home model with eight colour options available for the exteriors. Each home will have three interior colour selection packages to choose from, with three upgrade packages within each colour package.
